Once we have details of your event, we will reach out to our homeowners and they can give us a rental fees based on your event details. If this works for your event requirements, we will setup a scouting visit.
We recap everything in a viewing / scouting agreement for our client’s review and approval. After our clients see the property and they determine that it will work for their event. We ask for their wish list when starting the negotiation process after they see the property. The wish list confirms access times and details for the usages of the property.
After everyone agrees to the rental fee, usage and timing of the event, we prepare a location agreement for everyone’s review.
Agreements are signed between the owner and the client.
Our company charges a percentage to cover our administrative costs and time.
We require event insurance, a site rep onsite during setup through strike, cleaning fee and an off-duty officer during the event. In some cases, we will require a life guard and or medic. All of the event professionals must be licensed and insured.
