Rental budget – our estate rentals start at $15,000 and go up. We will reach out to our owners and ask for rental fees based on your event needs.
Once we find the right properties that fit your event, we will recap everything in a scouting agreement. The scouting agreement includes the estimated rental rate, associated fees, the guest count, event hours, type of event and access times and days and if there is a scouting fee to show the properties. If our clients rent an estate, we will credit the viewing fee off of the rental fee.
